Denes has been working within the Architecture and Design community for 20 years. During that time he has founded and led three companies from startup to national success. He began his career as a Metal Sculptor, creating large scale art for private collectors. Denes' focus then turned to Metal Furniture Design and Manufacturing, where his work has been featured and published in every major Interior Design and Architecture magazine.

I had a great experience with Complete Tile. I made my purchase online. They responded to all of my questions quickly, and put together my order. They even sent me a sample to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase prior to processing my payment. The tile I got is unique and not carried by Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. My tile guy I usually work with could not find it either. It was reasonably priced and gorgeous. Thank you, Complete Tile!

Renovating a new home is a very daunting task so many little details but the team at Complete Tile made the process so easy and stress free! Their design team is amazing in 2 quick appointments I had everything picked out they even helped with paint color suggestions. If my assigned designer was unavailable there was always someone there to help and answer questions. The management, sales team and reception go above an beyond (even dealing with UPS). I am so happy with how everything turned out i can't wait for my next home so I can design with them again!

I have visited the store 2 times over the past 2 weeks and have received GREAT customer service from Daniel. He's very smart, attentive and pleasant and seems to both "get" my aesthetic sensibility and also makes suggestions that make my decision-making job all that much easier. No high pressure sales here. Plus the store has an amazing selection of beautiful tiles. A great place to shop and obtain first-class service. Enjoy!

When I first walked in I didn't get much attention (perhaps they assumed I was window shopping or won't seriously convert to a sale). However, I really needed to finalize my kitchen renovation so I hung in there even though most of the sales team seemed preoccupied/disinterested (even though the store was empty around 6pm). As a result, I stood my ground a patiently waited for help.
They have beautiful products and I just love the customer service I received from Justin. I've worked with Justin and he is wonderful, polite and responsive. I can speak about some of his other colleagues

I recently went into Complete Tile and needed some help with my backsplash tile on an almost finished kitchen. They could not have been nicer. I worked with Penny who patiently went through all of the options and offered excellent advice on what would work in the space. She was so sweet and helpful. I think of all of the tile stores in NYC, the selection and the people at Complete Tile are some of the most helpful and top notch.

I went to Complete Tile after going to Nemo Tile first. The customer service at Nemo was awful - no one approaches you and if you are not with a designer or know exactly what you want, they will not help you. I left and went to Complete Tile and dealt with Ilona. She was great. She gave me good design advice and helped me pick the right tile for my backsplash. There is a sign-in sheet there so that if you are looking for help eventually you are going to get someone to work with you. They don't make you feel small like they do at Nemo. I would definitely recommend Complete Tile.

I came to Complete Tile recently to look for tile for my kitchen and bathrooms. The selection was great- so much to choose from! The designer who helped me was Penny and she was fantastic. I had a lot of questions and she really took her time with me. All of the designers seemed really nice and I liked the overall environment of the showroom. I had gone to a different tile store in Fairfield County where I really got the run around. Since I live in New York during the week I decided to check out Complete Tile. What a surprise! Our designer, Penny Pampoukidis, was really great! She helped us design a master bath, got us prices instantly, contacted our contractor to get final measurements, etc... Oh and I might add that Complete Tile was a bit less expensive than the Fairfield County place. Who would have thought???!!! Penny also had samples sent to our CT house which was really helpful. All in all we've had a super experience with

The two of us were a bit disheveled mentally and physically from riding our bikes all the way to West 15th from Bed Stuy Brooklyn, but were pleasantly greeted when we arrived. I have to admit that I was shocked by how helpful the staff was. Our client has been looking to recreate a sink and vanity out of marble or stone -- a tall order but we knew we were in the right place.

I used Complete Tile at the recommendation of the architect on my project and I have to say that I have been nothing but happy with the service and design recommendations that I received from Ilona.
Rushing the cutting and shipping of trim pieces, crediting me for some damaged tile and answering my many questions regarding grout colors and sealants, she was and absolute Godsend. Couldn't have gotten through this renovation without her.

I used Complete Tile for both floor and wall tiles for a bath renovation, and they were fantastic to work with, even though I'm an amateur when it comes to this stuff. (I think they're really geared toward fancy designers working on projects for clients, but that didn't stop them from giving me as much attention as if I was redoing a Park Avenue penthouse for blue blood clients.) The selection was amazing, and I spent a good half hour just browsing and playing with the samples. I ended up choosing three different styles of tile: black ceramic, a watery blue glass, and a funky white mid-century

So, sitting in my home looking at my newly installed tile, I felt compelled to write this review. I am beyond satisfied with my experience at Complete Tile, that I plan on going ahead with my bathroom project sooner than expected. I've had so many bad experiences with other vendors regarding home repairs and upgrades, that this was truly a breath of fresh air.
I take great care in recommending places to my friends and family, but with this place, I've told everyone! I even have friends who are into renovating homes that I've recommended go here.

I just sold my house, and while I'm happy not being a homeowner (no more real estate taxes! no more sudden, urgent expensive repairs!), I miss being able to play interior designer. So, I was thrilled when my friend enlisted me to help redo her bathroom. After checking out a couple of blah places, we found Complete Tile, and it was just what the doctor... er, designer, ordered. And truly, this place is meant for design professionals, but they were so helpful and gracious even though we're not pros.
The selection was amazing, and I spent a good half hour just ooh-ing and ahh-ing over everything

The location is in a quiet neighborhood and as you enter, you will feel as if you are entering a huge bathrooom tiles gallery. They have a wide selection and the quality are great. I have been to many tile stores, but there was one pink tile that caught my attention here. There are samples after samples along the walls, high and low, where you can graze your fingers over and the names of the tiles are labelled underneath.
Remember to sign in in the front and they will give you the attention you well deserved. The weekends are the worst because their business is great so they have many customers

I wish I had read these 2010 reviews before purchasing from them. They are the worst to deal with when it comes to refunds. My bathroom came out beautiful but it was seriously a fiasco working with them. Twice the material that I chose was not representative of the samples in the showroom. Go to Walker Zanger directly or ask your contractor to take you to one of his guys. They are expensive and difficult to work with if you have issues with the material.
