I've had two service calls over the past two weeks for unrelated garage door issues. Both of the repairmen who helped me out were friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. In the second instance, I called to schedule an appointment and my garage door issue was fixed within two hours. Overhead Door has earned my repeat business! Highly recommended!

Called this morning to get an estimate to have my torsion springs replaced. The receptionist seemed to be clueless about the services they offered. She stated she could send someone out for a cost of $89 and had no idea what the cost would be for further repair. This is a very common issue with garage doors. Called three other businesses and they were able to give me a clear estimated cost for repairs.

Not a fan of these guys so far. I called to have them measure my door and was told I would get a call the next day with a quote. I was happy with the fact that they could get on it so quick! Waited three days and called back they had measured the doors and had a quote but never got it to me. They say they mailed it out but I never recived it nor did my mother (the door was going in at my mothers) Ok e-mail me the quote all is good. Got the quote. I then decided to raise the door opening up a few feet. I delay on my part. It took a day to get it done and I called them to remeasure. They came back
