I called them on a Friday to see if they could do a job the next day (a very last minute thing) and expected a no. I didn't leave a VM when I called but the lady whom I believe to be the owner/manager called me back within 3 minutes, noting she saw she had a missed call from my number. I told her I just needed 2 toilets cleaned and 4 rooms vacuumed. No mirrors, no floors, etc. She came through for me and I had an appointment for 1pm on the next day. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning service. I've used many over the years and booked a one-time cleaning for my sister's birthday present. The estimate was $300 for a full house cleaning. I told my sister in advance so she would remove any clutter to make the cleaning easier. I was at the house in the morning and it looked good- the same condition I would leave my own for a cleaning.
