They recommended Affordable Home Improvements, and after working with them I would do the same. Great work at a good price, honest guys. Randy and all personnel at the Affordable Home improvements are very professional, informative, courteous in their skills and work. I had gone through 3 to 4 contractors that weren't up to installing porch railings. But I called Affordable Home Improvements and Randy came to give me an estimate that was reasonable and he was very informative on what they will be doing to get railings installed. He gave me a deadline on when it was to be installed and they completed it within that time line. I will use this company for all my improvements needs in the future. GREAT JOB!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I hired them to build me a deck and it took months and months. Mark would blame Randy and vice Versa. No communication, I called multiple times and they do not return messages. They say they will show up and do not. My deck is beautiful but that was not due to them but the contractor they hired. Now that I need a repair done, again crickets. I have left so many messages that the answering service just apologize to me that no one has ever returned my calls. The absolute worst customer service I have ever had. I am not sure who to recommend to do home improvements

Absolute worst customer service and communication. Had an appointment set up. Even got a text to confirm at 8am for a 10am appointment. Took time off work for this appointment. Sat at my house for 45 minutes. Called the office and someone told me I would get a call right back. Still haven’t heard back from anyone! Business must be real good to be able to afford to treat so many consumers this way.

Randy of Affordable Home Improvements did NOT arrive when he said he would, and he did NOT deliver what he said he would deliver. He wasted a lot of my time, only to achieve NOTHING!!! On top of that, the secretary was very rude. Save yourself the headache and hire a PROFESSIONAL contractor who has a long proven track record with tons of referrals. (not just one year of experience) You've been warned!!!!

They sent a person out to quote on a patio cover. He arrived as scheduled on Tuesday and said would have a quote by that Friday. Its been about 5-6 weeks with no response. I told him my neighbor was also interested in a patio cover I left 2 voice mails and sent 2 more emails and still no reply. Not even a phone call. They must not need the business?
