Mike is very professional & honest. He will give you fair prices and do the job correctly from start to finish. He makes sure that the proper springs and equipment is used for the exact weight and model of your garage (others will use what they have in the truck and create a safety hazard). Awesome customer service and outstanding quality of work! Mike the owner contacted me immediately upon receiving the estimate request and he scheduled the install/repair job of my garage a few days later. Mike is very professional, highly experienced, and extremely thorough with his work, he doesn't cut any corners. He takes a lot of pride in the quality of his work. He explained everything to me and my husband. The remote, the sensors, what the lights mean, how to operate my garage on my phone, etc. Mike is VERY knowledgeable and has strong work ethics! A local search on garage services yielded M&M garage services that had incredibly high ratings. Mike responded quickly and patiently walked me through all the options and answered my questions, without any upsell. After an exploratory visit to see the garage, we agreed on an option and he came by the next day with the necessary installation and was very efficient with his work. Had a spring break and needed it repaired. Had a couple of estimates so had an idea of the cost. I called M&M based on the number of reviews. They gave me a window and arrived at the earlier side. Gave me an estimate that was similar but what set them apart is that they replaced all components rather than just the spring. The technician had all parts on his van and when I agreed he went to work. It only took about an hour and half. When done he showed me all the new parts installed plus the ones he replaced. He even lubed my second garage door at no charge. I would not hesitate to recommend them

I’ve used Mike and M&M for several houses/garages that we own. He is extremely reliable, does great work, has very reasonable prices, and is honest. He doesn’t upsell, and tells you when you actually DON’T need to do something (most people try to sell you the most expensive equipment and services, even when you don’t need them). Lastly, he is available for emergencies as well. Highly, highly, highly recommend this company- it’s the only company we will use for our properties!!
