Our AC unit died last summer and one of the guys told us we could get by another season with a temporary fix. So we did it. Then it died for good this spring and I called up Dynamic Air. They came out and said they could do another "temp fix" for ~700 but I might as well get a new unit at this point because even that isn't going to last years. He was an honest guy who did not want to see me throw more money into an old unit. I paid him that day for a new unit, and he installed it a couple days later (it was raining outside and not hot out so I was not in a hurry to have it installed

I called on July 10 for service on my central AC because it was no longer cooling the house. John came much much later than he said but I was patient. I could have called another place when he didn’t come at the time expected but I trusted that he will be here. After several questions, neither of us knew if their was a leak but John specified that the Freon was low. John said that he will put 3lbs in there and we will monitor it. He assured me that if needed he will return to do a leak test. He asked me to write a check for $250 and again reassured me that if anything goes wrong just call him

I called Dynamic when my central air stopped working. John said he could come over in a little while and take a look. He was professional, friendly and was able to diagnose and fix the problem on his first call! I am so happy I called. From now on, I will be using Dynamic for all my cooling and heating needs. Previously i had service done by this company on my furness was good.This time i called and my experience with them is very sad (hard the management was changed). i was overcharged for inducer motor , which cost around from $95 in supply house and from Amazon its $115 (Y3L248B01) i attached the pick you all can look it up online for the price cost. i was busted with $400 (cash) including installation and told that parts itself cost $380. without doing any research and trusting on them i agreed with 400.

First used Dynamic Air 5 years ago when my landscaper accidentally cut the hose from the compressor during an extreme heat wave. John got here within 24 hours and was able fix it and get my home cooled off.
Once again, John came to the rescue . Had an issue with compressor not coming on. John responded quickly, diagnosed and fixed the problem.
Wouldn't think of calling anyone else when I need my a/c maintained or repaired. Thank you John!!!!

Our AC unit wasn't blowing cold air and I called Dynamic air. They came right out and diagnosed the problem right away. They were able to come the next day to fix the problem. Great service. John and his team are honest and treat you right. Two thumbs up would recommend to anyone that needs HVAC work.

My ductless air conditioner began leaking so my husband called because we had a coupon that was sent to us. They were not able to get to us that day but said they would call the following day after 12 pm and let h know when to expect them, no call. My husband calls the following day and they were busy but insisted they would be there later that day but couldn't tell him what time. My husband said listen tomorrow is already Friday so come then but the tech insisted they would be there that day. Nothing.
