The line for my washing machine busted and we had a leak and had been referred to Disaster Services. See we gave them a call and Easter answered on the second ring and was able to get a crew over to us within an hour. They quickly got the water cleaned up and started the dry out process. They handled. The paperwork and communication with my insurance company. We highly recommend them and hopefully don't have to use them again but will for sure be calling them if we do.

As a general contractor, there is nothing worse than a water leak especially at 10pm. Paul and his crew arrived within 40 minutes and handled the situation perfectly including a difficult neighbor. Paul did an excellent job communicating during the dry-out process and was always prompt when meeting at the site as agreed. His crew was also professional and courteous. A+ job and would highly recommend this company.

Highly recommended. They sent Paul out the very next morning. He did an extremely thorough inspection using all the proper tools. Spent extra time in my attic on a very hot and super humid day. Double checked under insulation and took detailed photos and images with IR. Didn't try to sell me on a stain as damage for extra work. Educated me on what to look for in actual damage needing repair and how the tools are used to determine the required repairs. I actually use the same tools in my job for other uses but still nice of him to explain and because I use those tools I knew he was accurate/truthful

Disaster Services came to my home to remediate a mold problem in my bathroom. Their first remediation failed due to the high expectations of the Hygintist we were required to have inspect our home to complete a home refi. They apologized profusely and went above & beyond to make it right by us. They did the second remediation at no cost to us. In the end, my home is now mold-free Our Remediator Paul was friendly and professional through the entire process, as was his Manager Van.

Had a washing machine hookup go bad and Disaster Services was called out for the after-math. Came out within the hour and made sure all the water was dried up before removing his fans. Will definitely recommend and use again if we ever need help again!

I highly recommend this company! They all had masks, gloves, and shoe coverings, along with puting floor protection down for my carpet in the unaffected areas. They moved all my stuff and safely packed it away, then moved it back at the end without me having to move a thing. They went the extra mile to make this process stress free.

I’ve worked with Van twice in two different homes. His response time is impeccable. He is well educated in his field, and explains everything that is going to happen step by step. I was renting a home and I discovered mold in the shower. He came out, assessed the situation & determined it was harmful if it was left alone. He told the homeowner that the shower needed to be replaced and we got a new shower! I told myself if I ever had water leaks moving forward, I would definitely be using his services again. Fast forward 5 months & here we are again! We have a complete disaster in our kitchen

I want to give a huge shout out to Esther and Van. They came through for us in a pinch to check for water damage and possible mold. I met a realtor on a Sunday afternoon and we found that water had been leaking for some time and Van came out on a Sunday afternoon to make sure there wasn't any mold or serious water damage. He had some fancy gadgets that can detect water through walls, it was pretty amazing! Thanks so much Van for being on our BNI team. It is a blessing to be a part of such great group of professionals!
