I don’t normally leave reviews, but Ecotec’s quality and customer service motivated me to want to share my experience. I have used multiple pest control companies but scheduling was tough and our problems persisted. Working with Jeff was simple… he accommodated our busy schedule and took care of an issue that made me want to avoid certain areas/rooms of our home. Jeff was able to come out within an hour to help with a suspected rat. He advised on what we needed to do & then didn’t charge since we basically just needed to be patient. He also took a call later in the week when we were continuing to have issues. I really appreciate his communication & availability! Turned out to be a full size squirrel, but he was VERY elusive & Jeff didn’t have a lot to go off of when he came by. I would reach out again, no question. Thanks Jeff

What can I say? Ecotec is the best. I needed them as soon as possible to help with an issue. Needless to say, they delivered. Quick, easy and painless.
