Came out and replaced my sewer line after they determined it was almost collapsed a few days earlier. Happy they were able to fit in the repair so quickly and the cost was very reasonable. I promptly received a call back after my first service call. Highly recommend them.

We’re highly impressed with Countywide! We’ve had our tank pumped a few times before actually replacing it, and each time the guys were quick, yet thorough. Amy was very helpful over the phone and via Email when communicating, and Richie went above and beyond for us when it came time to replace it. We needed a whole new septic system and drain field. Richie was awesome at walking us through the process and answered all our questions. He even offered to dig and haul away a tree stump he didn’t have to. It’s obvious that he puts pride in the work he does and we will definitely recommend him

Made appointment for 2 days later. Men arrived on time. Explain & showed me why faucet wouldn't drain; it was blocked outside. Explained that the drain was not hooked to septic. Made appointment when they'd been able to bring other equipment & piping. Fair pricing, very polite people, efficient, on time,&knowledgeable. I would & did reccommend them .

This is a fantastic company to use. My wife called asking how much and how long until they could come to pump our septic tank. They did not try to hide the cost & was up front and honest right from the start. County Wide was able to come immediately, but we had them come the next day. Steve, the tank driver, was at our home exactly the time promised. He was very professional and fast! He had our tank dug up and drained in an hour or so. These people are top notch. They came same day to pump my septic, were prompt, friendly and got the job done. The driver figured the bill and I paid it (in cash). That evening the driver shows up at my house with an envelope with $20 AND A CORRECTED INVOICE IN IT. He had made a mistake and they corrected it entirely on their own. I call that INTEGRITY AND HONESTY!

We thought we had a problem with our septic but it turns out it just needed to be pumped out. Great! Not knowing which company may be honest, we called County Wide after seeing good reviews and found them to be amazing! They arrived exactly on time, pumped out the tank and checked it to make sure it was working property, and even explained best ways to maintain it. The price was right and they didn't try to sneak in any hidden charges. It's nice to know there are honest companies still out there! If you are looking for a reputable and honest company, this is the one! I couldn't give them a higher

I was in a real bind I live out of state and the septic tank was Backing up into the bathtub at two of my rental homes. I called Saturday morning and by Saturday afternoon they had come out located the tank dug it up and pumped it out all for a reasonable price. Being from out of state I had no idea who to call and out of the dozen or so companies I did call, they were the only ones willing to do the job that day. Most other companies never answered or didn’t call back until Monday afternoon. One company, the local one in Evart where my property is located even laughed at me for wanting service
