These guys came through American home shield , totally inefficient , first they took almost two months to get the parts ordered and They doesn't know how to take out microwave instead blaming the home builder :)
i request American home shield not to use service plus and don't waste the customer time.

I am not sure even where to begin. Please don't ever use this company. I got to them through my Home Warranty Company when I got issues with a Sub Zero refrigerator. The technician from Service Plus showed up at my house, made some recommendations on what can be done and told me to call back if it does not work. I asked him if he would be the one to come back if what he recommended does not work. He said that he is the only one in the area who services Sub Zero appliances and assured me that he would be the one to come back. By the way, he charged me $100.00 for a visit.

I had to use this company through American home shield. They never had the repair part ordered and kept blaming AHS. AHS kept blaming this repair company. A month later I finally cancelled the repair and American Home Shield!!! Both are pathetic!! You cannot get anyone on the phone at this company and their “mailbox is full” do you can never leave a message. Very unprofessional and a low skill level.

Company sent via American Home Shield for gas escaping from stove and bad burner. Serviceman came unprepared without essential tools. Asked me for a cup of water and dish soap but did not use it properly. Seemed inexperienced, lacsidasical and not entheaused about getting the job done. Gave lots of excuses without solving or fixing the gas leak or the bad burner. Left after 15 minutes leaving the gas line on opposite of the way he found it. Gas escaped filling my home and had to get a neighbor to turn it off again.

I used these guys through a Home Warranty program and while there was a resolution to the issue the road to get there wasn't the best. First the request was placed in the beginning of November. The guy that came to the house was very jumpy and after only being there a couple of minutes said we needed parts to be ordered. He said this as we quickly walked away from my house so I guess the poor guy was not comfortable going in a customer's house due to COVID. He really seemed terrified to be honest.
I'm giving these guys the benefit of the doubt as some other reviewers have really bashed them, but

I placed a claim with my home warrant company about a broken dryer on February 10 in my new house. The home warranty company uses Service Plus Repairs. After a week, the Service Plus repairman arrived to my home. He spent less than 15 minutes and diagnosed the problem as a bad "timer". He ordered the part and said it would be another 7-10 days before the part would arrive. On days 7 through 10, I called Service Repairs. It only went to a voicemail. It took nearly a week for Service Repairs to call me back and schedule the next appointment. The repairman arrived and realized the part that took 7

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give it -5 stars, I would. If you have the option to hire this company, DON’T DO IT. If you go through home warranty, REQUEST A DIFFERENT COMPANY. I filed a claim with home warranty over 2 months ago to repair my microwave. A technician from service plus repairs came to figure out the problem. He said a part in the microwave wasn’t working and that he would order the new part and would call me in a week to schedule an appointment to repair the part. A week passes, no call. I try to contact the company via phone call and email, with no response. Finally

We had a great experience with this company that American Homeshield sent out to repair our washing machine. Duane the field operations supervisor was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what part was needed to repair our washing machine. He got the part ordered on Wednesday afternoon and came back Friday morning. We are very glad that they did our repair quickly.
