We need our fence replaced ASAP. Called Saturday to schedule an estimate and Chris was here on Tuesday. He was knowledge and helpful. We explained we needed the work done ASAP. Originally when I inquired about the turn around time for installation was told 8-10 weeks. But Chris knew our time frame and he made it happen. The next week after our estimate, a crew came out and put up our vinyl fencing. The crew were great and efficient. Excellent work! So thankfully for Chris and his team for getting the job done!

We had an appointment scheduled for a Saturday, I stayed home and waited for someone to come. One hour after our appointment time I called their office to see if they were running late. After 5 attempts at calling their office (DURING business hours per google) no one answered. No one ever showed up. Stay far away from this so-called "business". My senior citizen folks had been taken advantage of by these scammers. Long story short, my folks contacted this company for a full backyard fence installation, which turned out to be a massive mistake. The installation was a complete botched job, as 1 of the doors of the fence drags across the ground when opening & closing. The other door on the other side of the home/yard doesn't even close! We had previous used freedom fence several years ago - had a wonderful experience, great value for the $$. So when we moved, of course we called them up first and had them quote out a fence on january 25th, 2021 - we ordered very standard white pvc fencing. we were told they work through all kinds of weather and expect an call around mid/end march for an install. okay, great! gave them the deposit (cashed immediately). called end of march / beginning of april when we didn't have a date set yet and said there is delays because of all the bad weather...expect end of may. freedom fence's leadtime

Unfortunately we are very disappointed in the quality of products and their service. Our cedar fence was installed last fall and Sal’s team had to come back to fix issues 5 times. Leaving tools behind, many issues behind, screws for my kids to find, cracks in the wood posts and slats, panels pulling away from the posts. We purchased a large section of cedar fencing that surprisingly isn’t all cedar (so angry about this) and some chain link. We are beyond frustrated to continue to see many flaws, cracks and gates not lining up. We now have to take matters into our own hands to fix the $11k fencing

These guys are completely unresponsive when you call them after you place an order. It's impossible to get in touch with them. I asked to speak with "Chris" directly and told that he doesn't give out his number because he would get too many calls ?!?!?! I am sure he would be dealing with a lot angry customers which is why he hides. I got a quote from them, accepted it and they scheduled a time to come. They were months late with installation, I hired them in September of 2020 and they didn't install it until December 2020 after telling me it was only going to be 4-6 weeks form when I ordered. They

This company has the most horrendous customer service. I have a hole in a fence panel and have been calling since JUNE. They promise over and over it will be addressed and it never is. I would never recommend this company if you want someone who stands by their work and who is responsive and professional. I have it over 4 months and still no resolution. Do yourself a favor and find someone who will stand by the product and work they do. This is not the company.

Freedom installed my fence in the spring of 2018 and I was pleased with the installation. The following year a storm caused a section of the fencing to come apart. I called Sal and he replaced the section. I later learned, after removing the post caps, that not all sections had been secured inside the cap with a nail/screw as others. When I texted Sal in May 2020 to install the missing fasteners on about a dozen posts, he replied that he would take care of it and I never heard back from him.

I asked them to fix my door for the fence. It came out a little lousy and not professionally looking (somebody forgot to put the track on the side of the cut panel). I called on June 3rd and they couldn't get anyone out to do a simple Estimate for 20 days. They also basked for other estimates as they consider me really far. even thought there advertising states Morris County. Had another company out a day after calling them and the estimate took 15 minutes and had the numbers the same day. Definitely not a customer first attitude here. I was also never offered a virtual estimate as advertised. They lost a job for sure as it is just a matter of who I use.

I gave this company two stars for my fence is still standing after many years that it was installed however their customer service recently is horrible. Yes Francesca the receptionist is nice but, if she does not call you back or respond to emails, what good is it? After numerous calls, messages left to Sal and Francesca, emails sent, no return call. And it’s always the same excuse when you finally get a live person on the phone “oh we never received your call or your email”. That can only buy this company so much time and goes so far. The excuses get old after awhile. How about just returning

We had a very good experience with Sal, the owner. He returned all calls in a timely manner, He showed up on time to view our property and give us a quote. We did have several quotes but found that Sal's quote was the best and a fair price.
The installers Uriel Castillo and Alex Gomez were very respectful of our property since we had a large landscaping job done at the same time. In fact, Sal sent them back to restretch a small section of the fence because of the landscaping. They were great!!
All in all, Sal and Uriel and Alex were great to work with and did what they were supposed to do

Initial fence installation was good and price was fair. However, when we needed a small repair to replace one slat and top piece of our PVC fence where a branch had fallen, we were gouged $400 for a couple bucks worth of materials and maybe 90 seconds of labor for the guys that came out. If every piece of my fence cost that much, it would be worth $200,000. I no longer have respect for the way they do business.

I needed someone to do a fence repair for my pool in order to get a certificate of occupancy to sell my home. When I called, Francesca sent Sal over and they did the repair. Excellent Job! We couldn't be happier. We had a post and rail fence installed and I wasn't happy where one of the gates was placed. I called Sal and he said no problem, they would relocate it. The next day, Luis and his co-worker came and we discussed where I wanted the gate. They immediately relocated it and I couldn't be happier. The quality of their work is top notch. The price was very fair and exactly as quoted. Customer satisfaction is important to Sal and his crew at Freedom Fence and it shows in the way they conduct business.

Freedom Fence just finished installing about 90 feet of fence at my home. The material is top of the line and the install was great. I am very satisfied and I am not an easy customer. Vince came to provide an estimate quickly and was right in line with the other 2 estimates I received for the same job. I had a number of questions and Vince was patient and took time to explain difference in materials and what I could expect in the install. I am happy I chose Freedom Fence and certainly recommend them to anyone else.

I recently had Freedom Fence install 160 feet of PVC 6' privacy fence on my property. I have gotten several other estimates and Vince Anello gave me the best price of all. Vince is truley a professional, he always called me back or answered when i called. Using Freedom Fence was a blessing, they told me when they could do the work, which was 3 weeks after my estimate and they put up the fence in 1.5 days. Vinces guys worked in the high 90's and didn't skip a beat. Now my backyard has the privacy my wife and I needed. The 2 guys who installed my fence where quick and extremely clean

Vince Jr. is a great guy to deal with. Straightforward and to the point. He is willing to work with the customer. He and his crew did a GREAT job on the fence he put up for me at my new home in Little Falls NJ in September 2011. I get tremendous compliments on it. He will work with you on pricing if you know how to negotiate a bit. Avoid this business like a plague. They don't show up when they say they will. don\'t answer or return phone calls and they do shoddy work. I hired this company to replace a driveway gate. It was installed crookedly. After numerous calls and broken appts ( and excuse after excuse) their solution was to saw off part of the gate (unevenly mind you) just so the gate would close. They promised to return to make it look better but never came back. so after paying them hundreds of dollars I have a crooked gate that is hard to close and keep closed, with uneven slats, thanks to

Fence installation was okay except as noted below. However within the year there was a small problem that I wanted fixed. I called them and they did not return my calls. After threatening them with small claims court they called me back and said they would take a look at it. When they had not come with the month of calling me back I called again. This time the salesman came over and said the problem was easy to fix and he would come back in a few days to do it. He never came and I called again.
