I had very good experience with the staff. When they came out to see the service I wanted very respectful, smart and tentative tomy needs and wants. When was time for the install worked around my schedule. When they came to install staff was clean, neat and very communitive to me. I will definitly recommend Total Security toothers.

I installed 8 new cameras into my home security system using total security. I found out that they only pay their camera technicians around minimum wage so that was a red flag because they charge more than their competitors. Anyway, one of the eight cameras had a malfunction within the line. It was visible so it's obviously a faulty cable they used. When I requested that they repair the camera cable they told me I'd have to pay $350. Greed has never worked in favor of companies like this. DO NOT use their services, unless you want to pay more for less of a quality deserved for your security

Steer clear of them. They came in to make a repair on a intercom but ended up ruining the rest of the system and instead of running a diagnostic they only offered to replace it for over $9k. Therefore I called another company over for a second opinion and they were able to fix their mess for less then $500.

Total Security did a really great job of installing a video intercom, and 2 door release, for our old 10 apartment brownstone. They are fairly priced, and I highly recommend them, as the installation was unique for our particular building, and they just did a really nice job with the whole installation.

The team at total security did an excellent job of replacing my old cameras as well as adding new ones. They expertly handled the positioning of cameras where it was difficult to run cabling. I had Total Security come to my home to install a few cameras and they did such a great job. Once they arrived they informed me what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. The workers took 2 days and were very meticulous with the installation. Some companies they rush to do the job but Total Security took their time and made sure everything was in good order. That was my first mistake! Then after having the unit installed, it took several comebacks to get the system to work properly. I mean many!
Much equipment failed, especially, several cameras had to be replaced.

I called this place based off the google reviews that I saw. I called once and they took my information down and said someone would call me the next day to setup a visit to check my house. I let a few days go by and I called the following week. They again took my information down and it's been over a week now and still haven't heard from anyone. Just based off this interactions I will def not do business with them. The best part is I already have a camera system and just wanted to upgrade, would have been an easy job for them.

Total Security installed cameras throughout the perimeter of my house. I am extremely happy with the quality of service as well as the quality of the cameras. Ivan, the main technician was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I had to call tech support twice for a tutorial and that department was very quick and efficient on guiding me. Beware of Carlos. He'll make you think that he's on your side and looking out for you. He'll even make you think like he's your new BFF. Don't fall for his sweet talking. He's just sizing you up to see how he could make a quick buck off of you by overcharging and then giving you subpar equipment. He'll do this because he thinks you don't know anything about security products anyway and will never find out. His bosses probably condone this practice. Stay away from them and go somewhere else. Security equipment dealers are dime a dozen.

I have previously reviewed Total Security. It is a little over a year later. Total Security is still a 5 star. We had them back to tweak our system. We were so happy we wanted to add a few more cameras. Ivan and Camilo completed the install in a neat, clean, professional manner. When they left it was as though no work was done, except quite a bit happened in a seamless, streamlined way. no visible wires, no garbage nothing left behind for me to clean up. We are completely satisfied. Before they left, they even answered some technical questions regarding smart phone monitoring. look no further
