Eric and Kelly began their journey of searching for a home earlier this year. After anxiously visiting many neighborhoods and viewing countless homes, they just weren't able to find exactly what they were looking for. Finally, after many viewings, they found 545 Weyburn Drive, a modern craftsman style home in Concord, NC that was custom built from the ground up by PresPro!
PresPro Custom Homes is seeking experienced candidates for its Lot Acquisition Analyst position in the Concord/Charlotte, NC area. The Lot Acquisition Manager is responsible for establishing relationships with residential developers, sourcing leads on infill, finished, and to-be-developed lots and securing purchase agreements based on PresPro's criteria.

I bought a home from prespro. I love my home. I love my home and would have given them a 5 star review if it wasn't that there were some issues after moving. I would however love to give Carl DiFulvio a 5 star review. He is with quality control and was so helpdul and friendly and went above and beyond to help me.

Wow! The type of homes they build are immaculate! I was driving by and saw a few gorgeous homes to which I went searching for the builder and found out they are CUSTOM BUILDERS! Jus beautiful crafted homes that you can certainly tell they take their time to build. Definitely using them to build my next home!

Visited and was pleasantly surprised at the finishes on the model.home I looked at. Quality seems to be everywhere. Workmanship was excellent which tells me they have great superintendents on the job. A little outside my price range but will definitely try to get into one sometime in the future.
