I have one of those retractable faucet heads and did the mistake of taking off the faucet head without holding onto the retractable part and it got lodged into the faucet. After my boyfriend couldn't get it unstuck, he got in touch with 5 Star Plumbing. They came the same day and within 30 minutes of arriving, Christian was able to dislodge the retractable part and screw back the faucet head. Christian is respectful, professional and patient in explaining what our slow draining sink and toilet was about. He took time to inspect and test the area before just snaking right away (which didn't end up being necessary). I called yesterday and got an appointment this morning for a non emergency, so I highly recommend them for their services. He also honored the 15%off coupon which made their service so reasonable.

Our kitchen faucet was leaking. We thought it needed to be replaced. So, we bought a new faucet and called 5 Star Plumbing. They responded promptly and sent a plumber the next day. When Fernando arrived he was able to assess the situation and gave us a better option for our 1954 year old home. To our relief he was able to fix our existing faucet and clear out the hot water line (something we didn't even know that we needed). He was awesome and we're very happy with the service. Christian came by our home in Yucaipa and really showed us why they are called 5-Star Plumbing. I was amazed at how patient, kind, and knowledgeable he was regarding our plumbing needs. We couldn't have been happier and plan to use them for any future plumbing issues that arise. Also- we called on a Sunday evening, expected to leave a message, but was greeted with a warm, friendly, and all around helpful voice on the other end. My water main shut off valve was old and stripped. Had that item replaced. Our guy was super nice and arrived in a very timely fashion. He explained what he was going to do very clearly. He provided good quality work and service. Definately will use 5 Star Plumbing again.

5 Star is awesome! Calling them was the best choice. I made a few calls around and 5 Star was very cordial and friendly (receptionist). Their tech called shortly after to do a quick over the phone assessment and was on his way to evaluate the problem with our plumbing. Gentleman was very professional, he checked eveydinthing he could to properly diagnose the situation and kept me well informed of what was the issue and what he was required to do. Once he finished his work, he verified his work, everything worked well and even better than when I moved in. I would definitely recommend 5 Star and

Called 5 Star for a leaking shower and had someone come out the same day which was super appreciated. Our hero was Christian who was masked, cordial, explained possible outcomes and prices up front which was greatly welcomed. Christian took the time to explain the work and how it was going to be done and encouraged to watch his work - super knowledgable. After further inspection of our water pressure, turned out our pressure was over the recommended range and both agreed we change out the 29 year pressure regulator. your rating of 5 star on Yelp. Christian showed up with a mask and practicing safety measures. He checked the problem and gave us a very reasonable estimate. He was explaining what causes the problem and

Cristian came in on time, very knowledgeable of what was going on and explained the whole process to me. Not only took care of what needed to be fixed but also did more and beyond then what was expected. I am very satisfied with the outcome and service. Definitely don't feel like one more number, he took the time to understand our needs and was 100% professional. So I just found out that I needed to service my tankless water heater. I called 5 star to see if they could do the service and they were able to come out within a day. Fernando showed up on time and even called prior to arrival as a courtesy. He and his son were very professional and informative. He asked if there were any other plumbing concerns that I had and I didn't, but just asking goes a long way in my book. Definitely someone that cares about his business. I will be calling them in the future if needed!

So this is the 2nd time that Ive tried using 5 star plumbing. The first time was when my water heater busted 8 months ago and I needed a quote to replace. 5 star quoted me about $700 dollars more than the other plumbers who gave me quotes. Needless to say, I went with somebody else and just figured they were a bit higher (no worries, water under the bridge).
The 2nd time was today when my sprinkler water pressure regulator went bad. My usual plumber doesn't work weekends, so I figured id give 5 star another shot. Fernando showed up on time, accessed the situation and quoted me $750 to replace
