Nice variety of tiles on display and their in store staff was very helpful and friendly. We did have an issue where some of the patterns in our shipment were incorrectly packaged by the vendor and did not match. I contacted KJ Tiles and they took immediate action and rectified the issue that very same day. They had their warehouse make a special delivery for me so our contractor could continue working. This was resolved in a few hours when I thought it would take much longer. I am amazed at how quickly they responded and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend KJ Tiles as they stand behind their

I must say they were extremely nice and very helpful in the store but when it came to dealing with their installation department the attitude was very bad & nasty they didn't follow orders properly the job was done poorly still not complete causing me delays on other installation
