The room was ok-clean but not fancy. It had a nice water view for the price.Also had free wi-fi which was a plus. The only issues were that the bed was rock hard and the shower head was more of a drip. The best part though was that the young lady at the front desk was fantastic! Awesome customer service which makes up for a lot!!!

We stayed only 2 nights and have only minor complaints. Before coming, we received a call around 5PM on the day we were due to arrive asking if we were coming on a late ferry, and if we were, they would leave our key in the late arrivals box. Super kind and helpful with directions and everything else.
Arrived and found our key, drove up to our room. Up a windy road and there are several buildings belonging to this same hotel. We were lucky enough to end up on the very top building on the top set of rooms. Great view!
