Barry (Carter is first name) started CB Conlin Landscapes back in 1985.
In the initial call, we will collect your personal contact information such as your name, address, phone number(s), e-mail address, landscaping needs, etc. We then match you with a landscape architect that fits your landscaping desires. He/she will contact you and set an appointment at your convenience in the comfort of your own home.

Barry, Neal, and the whole team from CB Conlin were amazing! They were knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and great at communicating. Our 30 year old law and landscaping suffered due to years of neglect caused by our assignments living overseas. We contacted CB Conlin based on a recommendation from a friend. Barry and his team developed an overall plan that included a partially replaced lawn and landscaping, as well as a replacement driveway and new irrigation system. They coordinated the overall schedule with the driveway and irrigation contractors. Barry and his team didn't skip a beat. Colin and his team did a great job on our 14x38' Techo Bloc paver patio. Communication was easy and professional. They listened to our needs instead of trying to push us towards a cookie cutter design. The project was finished in a timely manner and the area was cleaned up afterward to our liking. We bid this project out to 3 other contractors and CB Conlin was all around the best choice.

We recently had a great experience with CB Conlin. Carter came up with a beautiful brick patio design that matched exactly what we were looking for, and included some unique elements that we would not have thought of ourselves. The men who installed the patio, steps, and seat wall were incredibly hard working, talented and courteous. Very impressive. We really enjoyed working with Carter and his team on our patio last spring. Carter is friendly, personable, and his attention to detail along with his honesty made him a pleasure to work with on our project, which was a complete overhaul of our current wood deck and landscaping in our backyard. CB Conlin drew an impressive mock up of what they would do, which is what we ultimately chose to go with. It was a 4 week project, complete with the tear down of our current setup and the polishing off of our landscaping to enhance the already gorgeous installation of our new patio. Barry and his whole team were just wonderful to work with. We had to regrade our entire back yard due to buying an older home with a lot of settling. From start to finish they were patient and clear. We had a lot of questions and were always responded to right away with good clear answers. The rest of the team (Gerry, Scott, etc.) were all great to work with as well. We are thrilled with how the yard turned out, and will be working with CB Conlin again when we do more landscaping. Thank you so much Barry!

Update: I was contact by the owner, Barry two weeks ago. He saw my review and wanted to work to make things right. The stone was fixed by Mike Faraday at Unilock in Aurora last year, and we got to 95% satisfaction. The seal was added by Jim Urgo last year, and it is 95% to my satisfaction. Both men were brought on to the job by CB Conlin. The plantings were just replaced free of charge by Barry, the owner. He was a very nice man, and seemed sincere about fixing the problems. Carter Conlin and his team completed the most incredible project for our backyard this last summer. Carter was super fast at responding to every single question or comment that I had through the entire process. He was very punctual when outlining dates for completing the project, and his vision in designing to suit our taste was stellar. I am a big fan of CB Conlin. I bid out a project in late 2011and it was clear they were one of 2 companies to actually listen to what we were looking for.
