The year was 1944. Bernie Dalsin and two of his brothers decided to break from their father's roofing company and form the Bernard L. Dalsin Roofing Company. I had an emergency roof leak at my Church in the middle of winter on January 13, 2021. I called Steve R with BL Dalsin Roofing in the late evening of January 13, he returned my call and said he and his crew would come to take a look in couple days. On January 15, Steve showed up with his crew, found a failed patch and couple deteriorated sheet metal joints on my church's flat roof, did a temporary repair, stopped the leak when snows were still on the roof. He scheduled a follow up appointment to come back in spring time to reinspect the work and do a permanent repair at that time.
