It has been my pleasure knowing Sergio Pelayo since 1998. Through the years, I have asked for his help with various projects that I would undertake around the house. Whenever I need to fix somthing that required some construction / handyman related experience, I would consult Sergio for advice. Sergio worked at both my business and home doing light plumbing, dry wall repair, foundation repair, painting, light electric work and other odd jobs.
I have referred him without hesitation. Sergio has done a lot of work for us around the house. What started off as switching out our closet doors turned into plumbing, replacing bathroom fans, flattening & painting our ceilings and much more. What is also great is that he's always on time and is so reasonably priced. We highly recommend Sergio!

Sergio is fast, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and does very good work. He is quick to return calls, he is flexible in working around my tenant's availability, he is honest and he is very good at what he does. I have been working with him on my investment properties and will continue to do so in the future. He has done both small repairs and big ones, painting, installations, and will even purchase materials as part of his services. Thank you Sergio!!!
