Family: My wife Kasandra and I have two kids; Avery, 7, and Noah, just 7 months old! I like to say that we're "simple folks" with simple interests, including fishing, hiking, and being involved at church. Community Involvement: I'm a member of a local BNI group and the Wenatchee North Rotary, and my wife and I like to get involved in whatever fun community events are happening for kids, including the Apple Blossom Youth Parade.

We service and maintain everything heating and cooling with the goal of keeping your system running as efficiently as possible for as long as possible.

I am late getting this review posted, but our thermostat died in August/2021 on a Sunday night and the company that installed the furnace in 2014 was scheduled out 7 days. We called Jacobs on Monday and they were there first thing Tuesday...they got the A/C working and ordered a thermostat. They came back when the part arrived and we were extremely happy with the overall experience.

Our gas fireplace would not turn on so I called Jacobs. The scheduler was helpful and pleasant. I am impressed by the cell phone notifications asking if they could come sooner (of course!) and also letting me know my repair person was at my home for security purposes. Christian, the repair tech, was very polite, clearly explained the issue to me and fixed it in no time. He also covered his shoes with booties (we have white carpet)--very appreciated! I called to tell them how impressed I was with Christian, with both his knowledge and demeanor. All in all, what an outstanding company to deal with

These guys earn every dime they make, everyone was weeks out to come out and fix our AC but not Ryan, he was out recently to do some maintenance and a minor repair and the blower motor went out today during a heat wave he made it work into his schedule. Great Company, amazing techs and you know they care instantly. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

On the first day of a heat wave, our AC stopped working! We called Jacob's HVACR, who was recommended by a plumber we know. The serviceman arrived during the window of time provided, and checked the AC/Heating systems, and the thermostat. In less than an hour, everything was working perfectly, and continues to work perfectly. We're so pleased with Jacob's HVACR, including the price we paid!

Company technician provided a less than thorough diagnostic of our AC system and did not disclose cost of parts replaced. This resulted in a revised, much higher bill than expected. After the visit I had to help collect information on our AC system to aid in finding replacement parts because tech didn't. Repair quote was for a leaking coil, and came in around 2K. This was determined by only a visual inspection of the coil. Because of the suspect diagnostic process we got a second opinion by another company. Their thorough diagnosis found our system was not leaking, simply low on refrigerant as

They were kind, fast, efficient, knowledgeable and I loved that they are also family oriented. I would say the 3 main things were:
1) Honesty and High Integrity (they did not try to up sell me on anything)
2) Family Oriented - the owner came out to fix the problem and brought his son who was incredibly respectful and clearly wanted to be with his dad and help. (I was highly impressed by that)
3) Respect - From the receptionist, tech employee and the owner all were incredibly friendly, helpful and treated me with respect.
I would highly recommend this company.

Beverly had a repairman come out within a few days of contacting them and diagnosed the problem. Jacob made a personal visit and recommended a more economical fix. Ryan came a few days later and got the heat pump working perfectly. Summer by the pool has been saved. Thanks for such professional and friendly service!
