We encourage all of our employees to appreciate and embody these values when taking the field. Vincent Charles Blackwell was born in Chalfonte, England. He moved to Wilmington, Delaware along with Hans Seaburg and opened a general painting company in 1908 on Orange Street, known as Seaburg & Blackwell.
