I was locked out of my house after being away for 3 weeks. I got home from the airport around 1am Saturday morning. I googled 24 hour locksmiths penn-del was the first one the popped up. I called and a lady answered the phone. I explained the situation to her and asked if someone could please come out. She then told me that the earliest someone could come out was Tuesday (3 days later)and hung up. Please don't advertise yourself as a 24 hour locksmith if you are in fact not.

A little glitch with the scheduling but all in all it worked out wonderfully. Keith was an expert at resolving the change of a temperamental lock. He got the job done and cleaned up the little mess made too! I wouldn't hold the scheduling issue against them. That was a minor blip which quickly got resolved. I would recommend Penn-Del to others!

Jeff is the best locksmith I have ever encountered. I have used him at my Dewey Beach properties for complex tasks such as a timer entry system for my pool and fixing a sliding door lock(that was time sensitive as well). Jeff handled both with ease. When I needed him there are 4PM to change locks after a closing, he came as well. If you need a locksmith, Jeff at Penn-Del is the person to call!

I needed to have my whole house re keyed when I moved in, and couldn't find anyone that would work on high security residential locks. Luckily one of the other locksmiths referred me to Penn-Del. Jimmy came over right away and was able knock out the job very quickly with a positive attitude. I highly recommend their services for lock outs or re keying.
