Had them replace whole home windows as well as the front entry door and a sliding patio door. Incredibly easy to work with and attentive while also giving suggestions to save some money in some areas. We did have an issue with the frame paint on the front door within the first year but they were quick to get the warranty claim in and were back to replace it a month or so later with the same care and cleanup as before. Incredibly professional and polite and will also listen to worries and explain something if you have any questions.

Before hiring Jordan Exteriors, we had an old window in our shower which was leaking air, as well as a need to replace flashing around the windows. The Jordan Exteriors team was great during the estimate, follow-up, and scheduling process. Not only were they the best contractor to communicate with, but they were also highly professional during the installation of our new window. Jordan Exteriors was reasonably priced, had great attention to detail, and even left without a trace. I would highly recommend working with Jordan Exteriors.

Joe and Dan were extremely easy to deal with and figure out what fit best in our home. We installed a new bay window and replaced two bedroom windows, they showed up on time and were done in less than 4 hours total. The windows are high quality and we couldn't be happier. They may be a bit more expensive than other places in the area, but it's worth the extra money for the quality work they do and the warranties they offer.

We had the windows in the front of our house replaced. Our experience with Jordan Exteriors and Joe Uselman was first rate. Joe was responsive to our requests and the windows were installed in 1 day by a wonderful crew. Everything was installed expertly and they were careful to clean up as they worked. The windows are exactly what we wanted and we are very pleased with the outcome. Joe followed up with us several times to be sure all was going as planned.

Friendly and courteous, a pleasure to work with. The initial visit was quick and easy -- no hour-long sales pitch, just a few questions and measurements. Quote was delivered promptly and at an excellent price. Workmanship outstanding. They even installed new shutters and a doorbell that I purchased elsewhere. 3. Timing - Even though the installation crew came across some "humps" the team was able to finish the job on time.
