Had issues with system already installed and managed by CSS. Just arrived within 20 min of my calling CSS and he was courteous, professional and explained the issues clearly. He quickly fixed the problem and also updated the software on out key pads. Quick, reliable and trustworthy—like all my experience with Charleston Security Systems. I highly recommend them.

Very knowledgeable individuals! Jake was so helpful in figuring out what combination of items we would need to fit our home! Leon did a great job of installing everything and showing us how to use the apps! They're also not asking an arm and a leg for services either. Leon was our technician and he was super helpful and professional. He did a great job setting up everything and going over it with us. He was in a very hot space and never complained or had an attitude with us, even though I would of gotten ill because I hate being hot lol. Customer service is my biggest pet peeve and their customer service is top notch….from the sales guy Jake to the technician Leon!!!!!!

Our system was moved from our old home to our new home 45 minutes away. My account manager came to our new home to see what we needed. He was completely helpful and very communicative before, during, and after the consultation. Our installers came early and ready to work. The installers that came to install uninstall our device in our old home and install in it in our new home were very nice and very knowledgeable. They were very helpful and I really appreciated the hard work that they did. I cannot express how much of a great team they make and what a great job they did. Thank you guys so much
