I am very impressed with Active Heating! Our furnace went out last week. I phoned and Travis came within 30 minutes. He was thorough and then explained what was wrong and said that the part needed to come from Sioux Falls and could take a couple of days; he said that he would keep us updated on when it would be in. He even offered to bring space heaters if we needed them.
We got a call the next day and Scott (scheduler) said that the part came in and that a tech would be right over.
Entire staff is professional, helpful and caring. Thanks to all of you!

I was referred to Active Heating by my son. He dealt with them when he had a new furnace installed in his home. My contact with them started because my furnace quit. It was on a weekend of course but Shawn was at my home in a very short period of time. He went through the furnace completely and it appeared that the igniter needed cleaning. He even followed up on Monday to see if the furnace was running ok and it was but it only lasted about 8 days before it started giving me problems once again. Bottom line, I needed a new furnace. Cory was so nice to work with because he is very friendly, he explained
