Hello Steve. It was not mistaken identity. Oscar Reid is my other account. I used it because it irritated me to see that Matt Lee tried to prop up your score with reviews by himself and his family. His blaming and excuses took up more of my energy than having no bathroom or water for a month. I wish I could put it all behind me now, but the caulk is cracking and turning yellow after just 14 months. AVOID this business, y'all.

It's a fact of like that remodeling is messy, disruptive, and more costly than you expect, then when it's all done you can be happy with the results. I did not sign up for CRS's endless excuses and even blaming ME for their mistakes. There are so many other choices in this area - this one is not worth the grief.
Update: two of these 5-star reviews are by an employee of CRS, and his family member. Maybe the other one is as well. A year later, tile grout and caulk are failing. AVOID.

Loved working with Steve on remodeling my kitchen and bathrooms. They helped me with design and permitting issues I was having and brought a quality to their work that isn't common. My home feels like a completely new house. Will work with them again when I am ready for my man cave. I couldn't have done my remodel without their financing options. Amazing company.
