This is by far the best plumbing service in Bartlesville. I hired a contractor that did so many things wrong and left unfinished work and Mason's was so patient and helpful.

Wish I could give negative stars!!!! They were contracted through American Homeshield to unplug a drain. They called me and I explained what was going on and was told they have to call the warranty company for authorization. They called me back and said because of the flooding my septic is full and I need to call a septic company. I tried telling him that every shower, toilet, and sink work with no backing up. So I called. The warranty company and they said the contractor said it's my septic so the warranty does not cover. They also said the plumber tried to call and I would nor answer. I called

I would not recommend their plumbing services to absolutely anyone. They were rude, hateful and unreliable, they would not even address the problem at hand, they wanted to do there own thing and then not do anything about the issues at all. If I could give 0 stars I would. Highly disappointed in this plumbing agency, will not use again.
