Omar checked the furnace, all the vents, changed the filters, and made notes and took pictues of all the components in the attic. We have a central air conditioning unit in our home with the outside unit on the side of the house. The problem we have is that there is always a lot of water exiting the pipe that is attached to the unit itself. In the area where the water is leaking, all the grass has died. Any idea how I can solve this issue?.
Did you clean the socket where the thermocouple connected when you did the replacement? If not, you should see if that helps. Make sure all connections are tight, and you should clean the pilot tube assembly as well. Dirt and spider nest could be blocking the tubes. If there is a blockage, the flame may be big enough to keep the thermocouple warm which will lead to the pilot going out.

These guys are great! Mike came out NEW YEARS EVE when our furnace quit working on a 20 degree night. Chris (the estimator) was up NEW YEARS DAY (Saturday) to give us an estimate. We have a woodstove so we were able to wait until Monday for repairs. They sent out two guys on Monday..... who got stuck on our horrible iced over 3 miles of dirt road and after they were pulled loose with our tractor, still managed to get up to our house and install a new furnace. Cannot say enough about the whole team.... YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

Mike came out and fixed our fireplace today he was very professional and courteous. He explained why my fireplace wasn't staying lit and why I needed to replace the parts that I did, he made sure everything was in working order before he left. He showed up on time and called ahead to let me know he was about 15 minutes out. Highly recommend this company thanks again!

Todd came out last Thursday and told us what was wrong with the motor to our swamp cooler. We ordered a new one and had it delivered. I called Saturday evening to let him know it was in. Avoid this company at all costs. They will charge at least twice as much as other companies. When you request a refund of your down payment because you feel uncomfortable with the quote, they will give you the runaround, try to charge you more for the service call than originally quoted, and charge a restocking fee that they do not warn you about. It's been a few days since I cancelled, 5 days since I expressed concern about the price of the quote, and I still have yet to see a refund... Plus I'm being charged this surprise restocking fee. They tried to act like they are doing me a favor

We've used this company many times. On our last service call, the technician arrived a little late because he was swamped but was still able to make extra time for us and replaced a broken light switch which was obviously not part of his listed services. (We had a spare light switch.)
He also did a good job on doing some maintenance on our air conditioner plus analyzed a noise made by our HVAC fan.

Today marks 88 days since my AC unit was installed and this company still has not resolved my problem and has not met their contractual obligation to deliver a working product. They again no call no showed today for an appointment I made last week to have this issue addressed. A.C. stopped working Saturday Night, Chris came out Sunday evening and tried his best at getting our old unit to run but in the end it was bad. Thought for sure we're screwed in the heat wave but he said they had what they needed and could be back Wednesday to install the new system.
Miscommunication on Wednesday between shop and crew but they finally made it out about 2 p.m. The guys stayed until 9 p.m. just to make sure we didn't go another night without an A.C. We contacted All Hours Air LLC a few days earlier and requested tune up services for 10 air conditioning units as well as refilling two units with freon, located in our office building at 6100 Plumas Street, Reno Nevada.
On Friday, April 10th , The company sent two technician who arrived around 10 in the morning - Instead of the tune up and refill of freon which we had requested, they spent their time "inspecting" the 10 units we have in the office building, and gave us a pricing list for the several units, which they claimed need significant repairs. I am attaching

RIP OFF HVAC Service, do not use them, they try to upsell you and price gouge hoping you will pay a premium for their service. They also won't send you an invoice with a parts and labor breakdown which is pretty standard in the industry, which points to them trying to pad their fees. They also will try to take advantage of you if you are female, as they assume if you are a woman you are not mechanically inclined and try to take advantage of that.

Listen folks if you have heating/air conditioning problems don't waste your time. Get all hours air. I called a well know company before All Hours Air and regret it big time all they did was charge me money then say they won't work on it and left.

What thorough service, but the price $$$$ for the fix we needed. everything was explained accordingly and the needed parts had to be purchased at a local hardware store. The specialist picked up the parts needed. we had to dig to the pipe that needed a diagnostic since the specialist had back problems.
The fix only took no more than 5 minutes. We were also given a history lesson, as well as consultation on other options to avoid this issue in the future. The specialist explained the issue and gave us estimates on alternative solutions. There's also a warranted time frame where if any issues

i said go ahead knowing it should be about 3 or 4 hundred dollars, " i had done some HVAC work when i was younger" he came back the next day,
replaced it in 30 min. came back and said it would be almost $1,500

I needed a company that could service a prefabricated house. Now that I am in charge of my parents home, I also needed a company that could help me know what I need to do. My mom found a brochure from last year, and it was All Hours Air. So I called and scheduled an appointment for furnace check up.
Nick arrived and was very pleasant. He was informative and gracious. My mom and I are the ladies of the house and he made us feel confident that everything will be taken care of. We had a great experience with Todd on our recent air conditioning maintenance call today. He seemed very knowledgeable with 20 years experience and addressed deficiencies in our system which was apparently undercharged from the start and was causing improper cooling. We appreciate that we were not charged for the service today as result of this.
However, It is still disappointing to me that our AC system was never charged correctly in this first place; we have had a couple issues now due to improper work from our initial install All Hours Air did 4 years ago which is concerning, but Todd is assuring
