I reached out for an estimate for a glass to be replaced in an exterior door. They replied asking for information and photos. After asking the location, they decided to not to do the job. I'm not sure what the location has to do with an estimate or performing but I'm not sure you would want to use a company that discriminates based on location.

We were so disappointed in the business we received today. The technicians came to attempt to install glass in our shower and ended up breaking some or most of the tile which ruined our shower. The owner refused to give us a refund or make it right. We are now filing a claim with their insurance company to see about getting our shower fixed. Stay away if you can

If you’re looking for glass shower doors Planet Glass is your place! After two other quotes one we received after calling a week later and another we’re still waiting on (1 month) these guys gave me a quote by phone within 30 minutes! It did not change after they came to measure and they placed the order while at my house. He has an eye for details too none of the others did. Highly recommend Calvin and his marvelous team.

Sadly our home was damaged after dealing with this company. The company has refused to provide a refund or make things work. At this moment on 8/17 @2:20pmCST , they havent even responded back to my last email several days ago. We have had to dispute the charge with our bank, file a complaint with the BBB, and provide bad reviews. We are now out of over 1000$ because of this company. SO PLEASE BE AWARE .

I essentially had failed seals in all the windows of my 14 year old home and initially contacted Planet Glass to see about replacing the glass. I then learned my windows have a 20 year warranty, so was able to order replacement glasses and sashes from the manufacturer, but had to incur the cost myself for installation, so hired Planet Glass to do that. The quality of the replacement glasses and/or sashes the window manufacturer sent me was not good, and I had to request several replacements of the replacements. In the interim, DJ had installed most of the glasses and sashes that were usable. When

I 1000% recommend them. We had a window that needed to be replaced at one of our residential properties. The turnaround time was going to be 3-5 days, compared to 14 days by another company. At a very reasonable cost they offer same day repair and had the window fixed a day after speaking with them!!!
