I called 911 Restoration of Bakersfield to assist me at during a water loss. We recently purchased a new home and mold was discovered when removing the baseboards during some renovations we were having done. One of my rental units had a leak in the restroom, turns out this leak was in between the walls and I had no idea how determined how much damaged it had done. Several weeks ago I noticed that the bottom corner of drywall in my bathroom looked a little off, it looked like it may have been soft and was moving away from the baseboard.
