We had called another company 2 weeks in advance which was a no show. What a relief when Karen called me back after hours. Brett arrived and took away the stress of moving and being without our Television and appliances! Brett mounted ALL our plasma TVS, /DVD/Speakers and set up our WIFI. He installed our dishwasher which was so appreciated so we could unpack and wash our many dishes and pots and pans.

Simply a terrible company. I had them come by a couple of years ago to fix a my drain pipes on the exterior of the home. They only replaced one and used a silicone gel on the other side. We just had our home completely painted (our painter was also a contractor). He had to fix both pipes (the one will silicone was rusted over). About the only thing they did that seems satisfactory is the exterior light in front of the garage. We paid $2K for their work. This company is a complete ripoff and I will never do business with them again.

I attempted to have this company come over and set up my home entertainment center. I had the appointment set and they called the same day and cancelled the appointment. They said that the person that would set up the entertainment center was sick, that was understandable. The thing that was not acceptable was the fact that they failed to keep me posted and had no consideration regarding my time and they would not even give me a possible date for re-scheduling.
