I called William on New Year’s Eve for water spots on my ceiling. I thought the A/C drip pan drain had become clogged. He came out the same night and informed me that the pan was ok but I had a roof leak. Also, our central heat hasn’t worked properly for awhile. William diagnosed it and tried to repair that night. He didn’t have the proper parts but arranged to get them by the following morning, New Year’s Day. They showed up at 0930 and completed the job by 1230. (He needed another part and was able to acquire it quickly.). The price was reasonable and the service was “above and beyond”

Highly recommend Air Control! William was very responsive and kindly explained what went wrong, what needs to be fixed, and what my options are. He also did an amazing job fixing my AC (had to replace my evaporator coil) at a MUCH lower cost compared to what other companies quoted me on. I really appreciate everything William did to make sure my AC was running correctly and efficiently, and will definitely call him again if something goes wrong in the future.

William diagnosed my AC issue, gave me two options for fixing it, and quickly performed the work. He was careful to show me what he was doing. When I asked his advice about the airflow in one room, he used a thermal camera to show me how temperature varied around the room, and though he recommended some work he did not try to press me into doing it. He seems very knowledgeable and does a good job of explaining.

William provided good service to our old AC system, but he also replaced our entire AC unit when the old system finally failed. He worked with us to save money on the installation but he installed a great system which has also save us more money each month since it is much more efficient. Our annual electrical bill has gone down about $1000/yr with the new system and our house is just as cool! Air Control worked with us on the payment since the old system failure happened during a rough financial time.

I had another company recommend an entire new HVAC system. We wanted a second opinion before making that costly decision. William came over and found a wire that had burned and disconnected (the first company missed) and repaired a freon leak and refilled it. AC is working great again!!

William saved our family from being miserable again. He is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and concerned with our comfort. He went out of his way to find an inside system that would fit in the old space. All other systems would have required a lot of attic changes and ductwork changes. He got the job done and saved us a lot of misery and money. William's AC company is the only one to use, hard working, honest contractors are hard to find.

This is the absolute best AC person for miles around. Will is honest and breaks down your problem for you in terms you can understand. He was about half the price of what a rip off company quoted us. Awesome job and lucky to have found him. He recommended the best equipment for us, which has saved us $50/mo on our electricity bill. Will only be letting my family member's homes be worked on by him. Definitely recommend! If you don't use him you're probably getting ripped off.

Brianna was very quick to respond and was able to get someone out to check out my AC the next morning. When William came, he was honest and explained everything and they came out the next day and changed out my entire system for a much less price than others. They also alerted me of a rebate from College Station utilities; they didn't have to and it cost them a little extra work, but I am grateful they did. Highly recommend!

After reading his great reviews, we called William and set an appointment for him to come out and install our ductless AC unit. We texted back and forth finding a time that would work well for all of us, because we would be driving up from Houston. We made the drive up to Bryan; our meeting time passed and William didn't show up. We texted him to make sure he remembered. He didn't respond. We texted two more times, the last time asking him to let us know if he'd changed his mind and was not going to be able to do the job, so we could start looking for someone else. He never responded

Quite simply the most thorough, professional and pleasant HVAC service I've ever had. On one appointment, my uncle had to be there to let him in. When he called me later to update me, my uncle said, "This guy is amazing! He insisted on showing me everything and I know more about A/C than ever! I've never had an "A/C guy", but I do now, I'll never use anyone else." Neither will I. William is simply the best I've dealt with.

This is an update of my previous review and nothing has changed. William, as always, is a first class guy. He is not the fastest, nor the cheapest, but if you want someone that truly cares about doing the job right, call him. He installed an entire system in my sister's condo and the level of effort he put into just building the plenum was impressive. That thing ain't never gonna fail. He put the same intensity and attention to detail into cleaning my compressor coils and charging my system.

William is a stand up man. He stated estimated repair costs while others did not, and offered several potential ways I could go about fixing my a.c. problems and pro's and cons of each.
His pricing is EXCELLENT, charging me half of what others had quoted me. they tried to do unnecessary work, William did not, nor tried to upsell me, he is honest and trustworthy.
I would go with him again, and recommended my friends to use him when they need to.

I met William when he was doing a major AC system replacement for my work. We used to have a contract with Barkers, until we saw they took too long to arrive, and charged impossibly high for a below average service. Now all of our HVAC work goes to AirControl!
I saw him perform repairs and AC replacements, and he did a great job and very promptly!
I thought that if my work trusts him to do everything HVAC, I should too. I asked him to come out to my house and perform an inspection, and he was readily available to do it!

William came out quickly the same day. He did a simple and inexpensive fix when he could've sold me anything and I'd have believed him. Lol. (It was late July!) He charged a reasonable fee and gave a generous military discount (active, retired, vet or disabled). Unfortunately, it's an old unit and something else in it broke the same day. But William insisted on coming back out to get it working even though it was going to be about 10PM. Can't ask for more than that!

Air conditioner installed for 4 months now. Runs fantastic. They even took the time to diagnose my bathroom ventilation (it had stopped running a year ago and the ceiling stays wet) They fixed that and basically showed me how to fix. Kept me informed of every step of the way. When they finished they made sure I knew how to program thermostat. 2 mths later I got some paper stuck in the actual unit (trying to do a pinter estate trick) they came out as soon as I got off work that day and fixed it at no charge. I will never use any other a/c service

I went on Yelp to find an air conditioning repair service, after much research and reading reviews I settled on Air Control. I was not disappointed, William , the owner of the company arrived at my home and within minutes diagnosed the malfunction of our air conditioning system. Not only did he repair the problem but he also provided maintenance to other parts of the system to ensure longevity of the unit. We noticed the leak Saturday night, and Sunday morning I started to research AC repair technicians online, thinking nobody would be available until Monday. To my surprise, not only did Air Control have great reviews on Google, but they were open Sundays! I called immediately, Chris answered right away, and within less than 45 minutes

We contacted Chris at Air Control recently when our heater stopped working. We were worried because the weather was so cold and were afraid that it would take days to make an appointment with someone. Chris came over within half an hour and had us back up and running in no time! He took the time to explain everything that was wrong and needed repair and charged a reasonable cost. I'm sure that we will need his services in the summer time and we will definitely be contacting Air Control again. Five stars!
