I used Sawgrass Floors three years ago when I renovated my house. After a recent kitchen flood I needed to replace the floor again. I went and saw John and he made it very easy for me from start to finish. Lisette was wonderful assuring me everything was gonna be OK over the phone numerous times! All said and done ,another beautiful floor from Sawgrass Floors!

I was referred to Sawgrass Floors after a horrible experience with another company. Lisette was the first person that I spoke to. She is so friendly and personable and makes you feel like family. I wasn't sure they could repair my flooring but she assured me it could be done and set up an appointment. I met John the owner and the deal was sealed. I can't say enough great things about this company. They get top marks in all categories: Customer Service, Knowledge, Professionalism, Integrity and Follow Through. Sawgrass Floors did an outstanding job replacing our carpeted stairs with beautiful wood. Our friends and family come in to see the stairs and their jaws drop in surprise at the beautiful transformation. John, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and was able to get the job done under our narrow time constraints. The installer, Joelle. was brilliant, coming up with great ways do deal with our difficult open banister . We had interviewed at least 5 vendors. Several said they just couldnt do it because of the configuration. One said we would need another company to deal with the bannister

I had luxury vinyl plank installed in my home by Sawgrass Floors, their installers were great, they did a fabulous job and were neat and clean. The floor came out awesome, I could not be happier! And the price was good! Very reputable company, and the owner takes an active role to insure a high level of customer service. I would highly recommend them for any type of flooring.
