County Hvac

I contacted Matt at County HVAC last week . he came over looked at my job gave me an estimate and said he would be here next Friday. This morning at 7:45 my doorbell rang and it was Matt. When I said to him why are you here so early he said he here to get the done. He then proceeded to install a humidifier unit properly in my air-conditioning system for the house. He knew what he was doing he cleaned up as he was worked and he was very professional in every way. He gives 100% and the term slower lower Delaware does not apply.

9/19/21: Had to call Matt again. AC wasn't cooling. Took a bit to identify the issue, but Matt did and said it could be repaired and was worth repairing when I asked if it was worth repairing. Matt came out on a weekend to fix the AC. I am appreciative of his customer service and his expertise. Knowledgeable, great customer service and reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Matt.

Matt was on time, professional and clean! He went over everything that he did on my systems (I have 3) and was upfront about what still needed to be done. He gave me a fair price on a heat pump replacement. He is now my go to for all HVAC needs. Highly recommend.

Matt came out on short notice...he was on time and took the time to explain to me (recently purchased the house) the 3 systems and what parts of the house they controlled. He cleaned all 3 heating units and gave me a fair price on replacing the only one that he felt needed to be upgraded. He explained why it would eventually need to be replaced and he also looked over the a/c units and gave me a quote on what it would take to get them running properly when the time came to turn them on. I was very pleased with his work and am happy to have found such a person!

Matt came out on very short notice, day after Christmas no less, to help us install our natural gas dryer. He was so helpful, pleasant and professional. I'm so happy we found him and would highly recommend him to anyone! Thank you so much!

I was doing business with one of the larger
Hvac companies at the beach for over 15 years.
However I grew suspicious of them recently!!??
Every time they performed service something was always wrong?? And usually expensive!
That’s when I did some research and found Matt’s company. Based on the glowing reviews of Matt I set up an appointment!
Well I’m glad I did.
Matt was great. He performed a thorough diagnostic of my unit. He assured me I didn’t have the problem the other company claimed

Having your AC serviced is usually up there with getting teeth pulled but Matt made it an enjoyable experience. Does what's needed and does not rake you over the coals on phantom pricing. Excellent experience, would definitely use County HVAC again if I wasn't moving out of the area.

Called company yesterday afternoon, my air conditioning system was leaking water, they were able to come out when I got home from work, Matt was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, explained everything he was doing, he was quick, I have been in my home for 10 yrs, never had my system serviced in fear of being raked over the coals... Matt was extremely reasonable.... will definitely have him back and start having my heating/cooling system serviced on a regular basis.. took a few of his business cards to give out to the neighbors as well. Finally a HVAC company you can trust!!!

I completely agree with the other poster-Honest, hardworking, and fair. This is the "little guy" and he busts his tail to make things right. I am embarrassed to say that after having them out to work on an antiquated system several times, I finally upgraded to a new system with someone else-to save a few bucks. Never again. If you are looking for a service company that provides honest, quality and reasonable service then these are your guys... they saved me from a nighmare scenario that Horizon Services had proposed... Instead of paying the Horizon hustlers 7,000.00 I paid County 150.00 and the problem was solved.
