I want to thank K & A for the best experience I have ever had in buying my new vehicle (used but new to me) I wanted to keep my Sebring Convertible so there was no trade-in. So when I picked up my truck, I had to leave my other car there for a little bit until I could get someone to drive it home. Well about 8 - 9 that night Karl brought my convertible home for me.

When my old car died on me I was left to find a car asap. I called them and they went over every car with me in my price range which was a lot because they have great prices. I picked out a few I was interested in and had to get a ride up there. They waited after hours for me and had the keys to all the cars I had shown interest in waiting. Not once did they act annoyed to be there after hours. She was patient and helpful and kind. I picked a car and the process was so quick and easy. I love my new car and how honest and kind she was.

Worst place to buy a car. Got a bank loan for a 2008 Honda Civic has nothing but problems and 3 weeks later blown head gasket. Tried to call up there and ask if they could do something to make it right or help me get into a new vehicle that was that price but they denied me saying they wouldn’t do anything. Never buy from this place.

I wish that I was able to leave a better review as I hate leaving negative feedback but due to the excessive amount of money that my husband and I have put into our car I just can't look past it. Two years ago my husband and I purchased a Pontiac Torrent SUV from this dealership, two months after purchasing it, the air went out resulting in a 500 fix. Shortly after that the electric power steering sensor went out and we had to replace the entire thing, then less than a month later the fuel pump went out and we had to replace the pump and the tank system. Horrible experience!! We agreed on a price for a truck about 5:30 Monday night. She wrote up the title application and gave me all the paper work I would need to take to the bank the next day. She promised to bring the truck to my shop first thing the next morning so I could look it over a little better. She did not bring the truck that morning but I assumed she just got busy. I went ahead and spent an hour at the bank so I could go get the truck only to find out that she sold it. She did not follow through on what I was promised. We bought a car about a year ago & shortly after we bought it, it started having problems.
When we bought the car, the dealer ensured there was nothing wrong with it & that it was a "great deal". It s safe to say that he knowingly sold a piece of junk to a family in desperate need of a car! Shame on you!!!

Do not use this place, most unprofessional car dealership I have ever dealt with. This is by far the worse experience I have had in my years of buying vehicles. I called on a car which it had been sold I was told they had another vehicle close to the same. Told me the vehicle was in Columbia and would return the following morning. I was told the vehicle would be back early afternoon and I would receive a call as soon as it returned. I take off work Friday so I was avalible to go buy the car for my niece. I think it is worth to share my unhappy experience with the K&A Quality Auto. I set up a final price for a used car with their salesman on phone. He promised to hold that car for me and said I could go to purchase it on the same day or the next day. On the next day morning, I call him to set up a time after I got my cash ready. He told me they had taken another buyer's deposit and so he could not sell it to me. Of course he could change his mind, but he should let me know as his mind was changed. No any apology. A salesman looks reliable, but done unreliable business.

I purchased a van from K & A Quality Auto on April 12th 2013. I drove down from St. Louis to check the vehicle out. Although I am no mechanic, the van looked to be in reasonable condition and the 15 - 20 minute test drive also suggested the vehicle was in good condition. The salesperson, named Jason, also assured me that the van had passed inspection and that they have a mechanic who goes over all their vehicles to make sure they are good.
