This guy quickly made an appointment a week out. Sadly after using a vacation day to be available he was a no show. No call or text to cancel and never heard from again. Used him once before with no problem so I had faith in giving him more business. Luckily after mentioning this to one of his competitors they were kind enough to waive the service call fee.Your response is a blatant lie. What’s your point.

Rick simply knows the appliance business very well,very educated on many product lines,honest,fair and professional!Did I mention very likeable!!!No non sense get it done attitude!!

Rick was very responsive when I called about our leaking icemaker. He came with everything needed to replace it and did so at a reasonable price. I could not have been more pleased.

It is often a challenge to find a business that is responsive, transparent and professional. Happily, I met that challenge and found RB Appliance Service in Rehoboth Beach DE. The knob on our dryer that enables the type of drying to be performed had stopped working. I emailed Rick from RB Appliance Service on a Tuesday evening and he replied quickly. Fortunately for me, Rick had an opening on Wednesday morning and I was able to make an appointment for that time slot. During the process of replacing the knob, Rick noticed that the start knob did not work, as well. He asked me if I wanted that replaced

Rick worked with my crazy work schedule and still came out before anyone else said the could. He arrived in time, was very friendly. He explained to me what he was checking for and doing. Found the issue with the dryer in no time. He had the parts on his truck and had everything working in no time. Very thorough, even checked the dryer vent outside to make sure it wasn't blocked. We recently purchased a second home in Ocean view, DE and had a dishwasher that just won't drain for us. After placing many service calls, we finally were able to schedule an appointment with Rick. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue within minutes and had the dishwasher running in no time at all. He stayed to ensure the dishwasher cycled through and no other issues popped up. My clothes dryer recently started making “chirping” sounds during use. After reading the many positive reviews for RB Appliance Repair, I contacted them via email. Rick, the owner, contacted me shortly thereafter. He suspected a certain problem and offered a reasonable appointment date and window of time which I accepted. Rick did not disappoint. He was on time, assessed and confirmed the problem (which was consistent with his original suspicion) and repaired it right away (had the part on his truck). Rick is an "old school" businessman in the best sense of the term. He made three successive visits to our beach house to replace a defective ice maker in our refrigerator to make sure it was fully functional. Be prepared to chat with him because he values relationships with people as much as getting the job done right. RB Appliance is one of those service businesses for which you will actually want a refrigerator magnet. Highly recommended!
