These people are friendly and professional. Customer service is very important to me and I am very satisfied with them in this already. They did a great job installing my furnace.

Would love to say it was a great experience but cannot.. after a detailed conversation with the receptionist about first accessing problem then I would decide what i can afford, tech just decided on his own to replace with new disposal. No options or pricing were discussed. No approval, just spent my money. He then calls after the fact & basically hangs up on me. Totally unprofessional. Saying, "guess you cant please everyone".

We had to have a sump pump swapped out after the 15 year old one expired. As a retired residential home inspector and appraiser I knew what the approximate cost should be. ($250 to $350)
Since we had lived in Ishpeming for over 25 years we had gotten used to calling the Marquette plumbing and heating business after our Ishpeming plumber retired. In the recent past that business has been purchased by a former employee and the costs of doing a job became suspicious. Their estimate for this job was $802 and we then absolutely knew that they were nothing more than rip-off artists. BTW, that included

I called because my hot water boiler is leaking...the was ZERO sense of urgency in getting "Scott" over to give me an estimate. Then she told me it would be the end of May before they could even do anything. I suspect this project will cost me between 5K-10K. I find in incredible the total lack of customer service. Apparently they have all the clients they want or can handle.

I have owned a few houses in my day. Larry Spagnolo is the best plumber I have ever needed. "This Old House" level plumbing. Trudell is lucky to have him as an employee.

I used they're service several times over last couple of years in emergency situations & unfortunately my service included shotty work, price gouging (100%) increase, 6 hrs for 3 hr jobs & outright deception to my face about service needed & performed ...P.S. Had two zones out of three that weren't pumping heat. Called and the person I spoke to said he would have someone call us back. Kevin called back in less than half an hour and was here within 10 minutes. He was polite but didn't waste any time with small talk and went right to work. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. I appreciated the fact that (1) he called back in a timely manner (which often doesn't happen with service people), (2) he arrived without any delay, (3) he was polite but efficient, (4) he diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and (5) he was reasonably priced

Called about something needing repaired on my water heater and got an estimate that was below what I got at other places, so that got them hired lol They had someone out the next morning. The person who came out was great, he even befriended my big, very energetic dog :) Unfortunately my problem ended up being that I needed a whole new water heater ☹️ but the work was all done within a couple hours. I had a emergency repair and they responded promptly and fixed it immediately and I was able to keep my business open. Trudell did all the plumbing in my home four years ago as well - terrific job and the crew was polite and efficient. Highly recommend this company.
