I wouldn’t recommend this place. Poor communication between David and Cynthia. He came out to get measurements for granite counters and backsplash. Just as we were about to put the down payment we find out that backsplash was not included in the pricing. Isn’t that the reason why he got all measurements? Why would I hire two different companies to come out to do two different jobs. They also up price on cuts, so make sure when going through them to ask about cuts and if backsplash will be included in the pricing.

Pretty shoddy work done at my parent’s home...how is it that you have installed a backsplash with no hardy backer or equivalent? And ordered the wrong size bullnosed pieces to do the job correctly in the first place? ...this is cutting corners and it seems that you have taken advantage of my elderly parents. Shame on you!

First off, their primary language is Spanish. And no, I dont have a problem with it... Unless, they have a problem completely understanding English, and what you want, which they do. I went to their shop in person. I drew a picture with the exact measurements as asked. I immediately became concerned due to the language barrier. They never emailed a quote as promised. I called after 4 days. David (owner?) answered, gave me a price on the phone. I received a email with the quote two days later. There was over 500+ (increase) difference. I emailed Nicole and asked why. No response.

We just had our new counters installed yesterday and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. We had some tricky issues with the layout of our sink and window, and they handled it all like it was a piece of cake. They were on time for the estimate, templates, and installation, and actually completed the fabrication a day early so they could install on my husband's day off. They also passed on their discount they receive at Bedrosian's to their customers, so we did not have to pay full retail for our slabs, which was so helpful as we needed two.
