I needed to get a spare chip key for a 2003 PT Cruiser. Not an emergency, but I had some time on a Sunday morning to resolve the situation so I called a couple of locksmiths. The few I called seemed a little shady, and then I called Ivan at Advanced. Great decision. Ivan opened his shop on a Sunday morning within a hour of me calling. Not only did he make and program the key for a reasonable price but he gave me a few tips that I definitely will follow. If you need a locksmith then definitely this is the place to go!!

Had such a pleasant experience here. The owners are very nice and helpful, I felt very welcomed. I Lost my key to the apartment and they made the process very fast and efficient to get a duplicate. Definitely would recommend their services to anyone!

There really are no words to how thankful I am for this company. I was locked out of my apartment for over 24 hours (which should never happen to a tenant when you pay for these services in your rent) and when I called this company they were ready to see me and were very helpful in trying to accommodate. I was able to get the issue resolved but even before I finally got a hold of one of my Supers (who apparently do not work on the weekends or for emergencies) they called me to make sure I was okay, and if I still needed help. They deserve more than five stars because of their impeccable customer

Just was able to be let into my apt by the nicest gentleman. The service was quick and very professional. Made sure that my lock still work with my keys. Made sure I had a receipt for my records. Highly recommend this company! Will be seeing g them in person for other needs as well.

My husband and I just had the worst experience with this business! We were left speechless, really. We bought a new home in January and needed new locks installed. My husband reached out to this business because of the great reviews, but were sadly misled. And to think This is apparently a family business! When we visited the establishment, Ivan… greeted us and showed us around the store. He showed us what seemed to be “quality” locks. We were told that if we purchased from them we would have a long term warranty with the locks in case anything happened to them. Well, $510.00
