From the first meeting to get our quote the services provided by Tracy's Quality Painting set the standard. Madeline was friendly and up front with all information as well as being very receptive to our needs and changes in the work order. The painting crew led by Caesar were on time and very respectful of our home. We would definitely recommend them and would use them again for future projects.

I have used their services in the past and thought I'd try again since my regular contractor was booked for months with my clients. As a Realtor in the local community, I was dismayed by my experience the 2nd time. The scheduler/owner Madaline (Tracy's wife I suspect) was extremely unprofessional. From the beginning wanted me to drop off my prior paint can to the paint store and then said "Oh, just drop it off to our office" - well that was a first . . .requesting a customer to provide to their location? Then after 2 months of not scheduling to schedule after my multiple requests, I finally received

In addition to the painting which as always is impeccable i hired them as the general contractor for a complete roof replacement, demolitions of an awning, gutters, old roof, and installation of 2 toilets and a new hot water heater. The crew were amazing. they told me what they were doing in ways that i understood but did not feel patronizing. they were always on time and worked prodigiously.

We've done two projects with Tracy's Quality Painting over the past few years, one a larger project and more recently a smaller harder to reach project. On both occasions the team was very professional, prompt in responding and fairly priced. Throughout each project we felt great in dealing with a well run local business and were pleased with the results. The only room for improvement we've seen was related to weather and scheduling and maybe being able to give a little more heads up to when a job is closing in on being done instead of a call when the team is coming later that day. All in all though

The project started with a rotted header beam issue on a sliding door. The workmanship and attention to detail on this project gave us confidence to move forward with a 12 window replacement project and painting of the house and garage. From start to finish the workmanship and the customer service was top shelf. If you are looking for a one stop full service provider than I highly recommend Tracy’s Quality Painting.
