If you want to loose your lawn, use this company, they are AWFUL!
No customer service whatsoever, we began using their services once we had new sod installed. We began having weeds, we'd call to let them know and all we'd get was "you have to wait 12 days for the weeds to die".
Well... our lawn got completely infested with weeds and we lost it. That is not supposed to happen if you're paying a company to preve this from occurring. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone plus no supervisors ever will talk

I am their current customer ,I had very good lawn and it was never dead until I started service with always green.
Now I have to get it redid. The Always green team really doesn’t cared . I have so many notices from HoA , and each time I call Always green , it takes 3-5 days for them to call back . They don’t stick to their words .

Had their service for a little over a year. There were a few times they came out and didn't even know what type of grass we have. This last time they sprayed with something different and burned the grass. You could tell where they didn't even spray ( it was still green). Found out they didn't do the whole yard (1 side of the house is completely weeds). As someone who pays for a service I shouldn't have to babysit. When I contacted them, the excuses were plentiful. I was supposed to have a manager out here to inspect in 4-5 days. It turned out to be close to 2 weeks. I also have said I wanted a

Nice sales people but horrible service execution. Signed up for services for lawn and pest control. Frustratingly, they don't offer auto billing so you always have to manually pay them after service. This is assuming they show up. Occasionally a small card on a plastic stand is left in the yard. Most recently, one of their technicians drove over my mailbox and drove away rather than performing the lawn chemicals service and leave me notice they had unseated the mailbox. I attempted to do the right thing and reach out to Always Green to seek resolution, which was met with an "oh too bad

I don’t usually write reviews but I have had such a good experience with Always Green that I had to give them credit. I switched to Always Green after having a terrible experience with a competitor lawn service that ruined my yard. Always Green was able to save my lawn and bring it back to life. Now my yard looks better than it ever has and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They have my business for life.

Absolutely awful. We stayed with them for years, and with every day that went by the lawn looked worse than it did the day before. It was always the same type of story...they would tell me I was underwatering, or I was overwatering, or my mower blades are dull, or my sprinklers weren't providing proper coverage, or something else that was somehow MY fault. It was never anything that they were responsible for. I always followed their watering schedule to the letter, and my irrigation system has more than adequate coverage. If we could give 0 stars we would. No services were rendered at our address and we received a bill. Our neighbor received services and yet a bill was placed in our mailbox. Contacted the company multiple times via email and was able to obtain documentation verbally about their mistake. Fast forward to a year later only to find out that a lien for $190 was placed on our home. Contacting legal counsel as we have documentation via email with confirmation. An all new low but karma is something else!

Always Green is a cut above the rest. I have been using them for years (after using several others). The others come out strong, but few maintain the level of service you would hope for. Always Green has been really good for my needs.

I'm so glad I found this company, after going through several other companies and having such horrible service I was giving up having a GREAT looking lawn until a lady came by that works for Always Green and ask I give them a try. The price is perfect and the service is the BEST. After several months my lawn started to look good and now after a year my lawn is PERFECT!! Thank you I'm a customer for life.

I DO NOT recommend this company. Had for 3 years and in the past 6 months their techs completely let my back yard die. Had ample communication with them when issues started to arise and they did/could NOT fix the problem. Although my front yard stayed "ok" at the same time, my back yard is larger and now needs to be completely replaced. I will agree from a previous post that at least one individual seemed to care about the issue and tried to start to fix it with plugs, but the damage was already done.

I'll start off by saying that I gave this company two stars solely on the basis that we did have some nice individuals that we encountered when working with Always Green so, because of them, I'll give them an extra star. However, their techs are completely incompetent.

I don't like giving negative reviews and rarely do so. But after being with Always Green for two full years I have to say my lawn is not looking much better at all. Areas that were thin or had an abundance of weeds are basically the same. Insect control is probably the culprit and I don't think this smaller company has access to the highest grades of insecticides. The technicians were always great, which is why I'm giving them two stars and not one. It they can only do so much if the products being applied are inferior.

We were happy with them until we upgraded to the $65 that included taking care of the beds. Well, we paid this 3 times and our beds were full of weeds. I called, emailed, sent pictures and nothing was done but we were certainly charged $65. We really like to support local companies but this one is out of our list.

Contractor came out on six separate occasions. No noticable difference in pest infestation after that many treatments. Refuse to give a refund or allow prorated amount to be paid based on amount of services rendered as percentage of contract. If only they were half as good at killing bugs as they were collecting on bills, they might be good at their business. Sadly, they will never see another dime from me as they have been rude, and worse, 100% ineffective

I literally cannot even give this company one star. We have used them for years and progressively our grass has gone from good to non existent. We have 10'x10' patches of nothing but dirt where healthy sod used to live. Tons and tons of weeds. They do nothing. A supervisor finally came out and put in a handful of plugs. Didnt even touch many of our worst areas. Horrible experience. They make a million excuses for why they cant get it right. Save your hard earned money! Had to give one star so this would post.

On quizzing them They apparently missed a treatment due to us missing a payment and put it down to that!! Really???
If their lawn service was half as good as their bill collection I'd have the best lawn in Town!! They don't miss a beat there..They always have an answer that leads no where! Their techs are inexperienced and lack ownership.. I should have fired them sometime ago

After having Always Green as our lawncare provider for a year and a half, this is what my yard looks like. I have always paid them on time, and trusted their professional advice on keeping my yard green. After several months of unsuccessfully trying to fix my dead grass, and they admitted it was their fault, they are now not returning my 3-4 calls (to the manager and owner) and closed my account. I am now calling the 4 referrals I gave you and asking them to stop doing business with you. Shame on you Always Green!

Then EVERYTHING seemed to change in the last 3 weeks. I have called them numerous times and cannot get a return call or the tech to come out. I have no idea why the big change- but I am now looking for a new company and do not recommend them.

We asked in the beginning for a 7 or more weeks treatment.
It never was. It was 5 1/2.
In the beginning they were apologetic and were saying not sure why the lawn was treated early.
Then when we reached out to them to let them know do not come and treat bc the lawn is under water and it's still raining every day, they ignored us and treated the lawn.
That's when we didn't pay for it!

Well where to begin? Twice they used weed control on Bahia grass which killed it. The second time a large portion that died did not come back and they did not replace it as Dave said they would. After cancelling, someone called me to ask why and after I told them, he said oh, we don't normally do not service Bahia grass. Well you did over a year and took my money until you killed the lawn!
