I am concerned that reputable companies use CoreCentric as a repair clearinghouse. If any concerns occur after the repair they pass the buck to the manufacturer? OK, so who actually does the repair? I currently am in the process of an unacceptable repair. More to follow.

Ordered to get my dryer control board repaired through their eBay listing. Worst mistake with these people. I paid $200 plus shipping to get my part fixed (which another mechanic verified was broken) and they sent it back and it still didn't work. When I asked what's the deal, they said they checked it and found nothing wrong with it. So they charged me full price and did absolutely nothing. I asked for a refund and they said they don't do free diagnoses. Why do diagnoses cost $200??? Just buy a new appliance or look elsewhere, don't waste your time with this company.

If no star were possible, that would be their rating. An item was purchased on eBay. We didn't know where the order came from. $288 was debited from our account. We did cancel as soon as this was discovered. This happened may 1st. Still waiting for our refund. The item has not been shipped. We don't want it, didn't order it. They tell us they show an ebay complaint. Then it was Master Card complaint. They just don't want to refund our money.

BEWARE ordering from these guys. We ordered an ice maker that worked well... for 8 months. Core Centric has a 6 month warranty policy. They will do nothing for us, or you, if your alliance parts do not last very long. UNPROFESSIONAL. UNRELIABLE PARTS.

I had a great experience with CoreCentric. In a time where you cannot even get a new wall oven for at least 8-12 weeks and parts are no longer available for my current oven, their service was invaluable. The turn around time was fast and everyone that I talked with on the phone was very personable and willing to help (Jennifer and Nancy. Great to work with). I highly recommend giving them a try!

Our company has used core centric solutions in the past with no issues. Unfortunately this time our experience was not good. We sent a control for one of our customer to be rebuilt. according to the tracking info provided by USPS the control was received on Jan 15, 2021. The customer was expecting to have the oven repaired by now which in Jan 25th. After multiple attempts to contact Pat with customer service and no call backs. i finally go through to Pat and she doesn't have any idea of where the part is says she shows no record of the order. She began to become rude and cutting me off mid sentence

I have had mostly great experiences with core centric solutions but they lost one of my clients boards. I have called 8 times can never get a hold of anyone. it goes straight to voicemail and no one is answering my calls or emails. This has been very frustrating while I have a client patiently waiting for their board to be repaired. I hope to have this issue taken care of in a timely manner but since it has been weeks I am doubtful that will happen.

Needed a control/motherboard for 2006 ovens which died and no new parts anywhere online. Service tech/repairman recommended this company. I was very apprehensive, figured we would never see the part or the $175 again or that part would not work when installed. Sent the $175 and board to them (new ovens over $1500; this company does remanufacture/rebuild boards sent to them with $175 for our model) and within a week (including Thanksgiving holiday) had the part back. Amazing service. Sent in a part from my stove that wasn’t working and no appliance repair man would touch it in Edmonton Alberta Canada and they fixed it. Got my part back within a week or so and installed it back myself. Simple plug and play. All done works like a beauty!
