ProClean realizes the nature of cleaning requires our staff to touch virtually all items within one's home or office. We will notify you as soon as possible if any damage/loss does occur. ProClean Services is top-notch thoughtfulness, cleaning, and affordability. Their website provides online scheduling with ease, and communicating with them is a breeze. They've been to our house a few times, and we're so impressed with, and grateful for their work. We have two large dogs who shed and blow their long haired coats year round, and were awe-struck to see that ProClean services had cleaned so thoroughly top-bottom that it looked like a brand new house. Seriously, our couches were covered in dog hair, and I came home to what looked like brand-new couches. They are just so thoughtful

First time they came they did an ok job. Second time they did an incredibly sloppy job was very disappointed. Baseboards were filthy, hardwood floor didn't look swept at all. Won't be using them again
Responding to Proclean's reply. I'm talking about times where actual cleaning was done. Saying I wasn't at home is irrelevant to the job that was done. My entire small 1 bedroom apartment is only 708 square feet, and just my living room and kitchen (all in one small space) and bathroom were asked to be done. 1 hr given the small space is more than enough time for 2 people.
