My family and I moved to Smithfield in September and I originally chose this company because it had excellent reviews and came recommended from my new neighbors. My first appointment, the exterminator was over an hour late. I did call the office to ask if they had forgotten about me and the ladies I spoke with were very apologetic and said they would contact the exterminator and find out where he was. Turned out the exterminator said he was stuck in traffic and just never called to let me know. He sprayed the inside of my home but had to come back since it was late and raining outside. The company
