I strongly discourage engaging Toni Raymus as your real estate agent. She was recently representing the buyers of my mother's home and I was appalled by her lack of professionalism. For example, she provided a prospective buyer (that she was representing) with access to enter my mother's home unaccompanied with the use of what we assume was the electronic key issued to her. I believe this is against the law and a threat to her real estate license. The good news is that, after over 30 minutes of attempting to open the lockbox, the buyer (and the inspector that accompanied him) were

The sales staff at the Passport Collection is rude. In particular, their sales agent Arika is particularly unfriendly, unprofessional and rude!
She not only treated my clients with utter disrespect, she literally told them that they were "not a fit" for Raymus Homes. My well-qualified buyer clients went away feeling discriminated against.
Worst of all, Arika thinks it is okay to be "cynical" and actually makes smart alec comments to people on the way our like "thank you for coming in have a nice day" in the most dissenting tone.

Love my new home and new neighborhood. Everyone involved is so wonderful and helpful. Called today about a possible leak and they sent someone out within 90 minutes to help. He called the guys who put in the lawn (also very fast, efficient, and helpful) and someone was here to fix the problem about 15 minutes later. It wasn't actually a leak, they pointed out the problem, showed me what do do, and fixed it. I'm very pleased with everyone all around.
