I’m not even sure where to start. We went with Mastercraft because we thought we would get what we paid for. Their pricing was much higher than other quotes we got, but figured we would get better quality on our shower remodel. It took longer than what was listed on our project outline and the material is subpar. When they said they finished, the door to the shower wouldn’t open or close because the door is not even close to square with the frame and the seal was installed incorrectly, and the shower was leaking in the garage. They came back and fixed the leak, they said it was because they

We used MasterCraft K&B to remodel our master bathroom. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The final product is way beyond our original expectations and we will definitely use them again when we remodel our other upstairs bathroom. The process started working with Alex who was very helpful with design concepts and recommendations. We leaned on Alex a lot because of his experience and were very happy with the choices he recommended and how they look/feel/work in our bathroom now.
