Would rate a 0 if it was allowed!! They suspend people after shorting them on their paychecks. Awful environment as well. I know I wouldn’t want shady people in my house or business!

Who is the owner? An owner needs to get in contact with me. The office can't seem to figure out anything. I've talked with 3 people now. What a mess. I've been a loyal customer since 2011ish & everything is turned upside down now.

I've been a loyal customer for years. There has been such a turn over with service technicians & in office help. The 1st problem, that needs to be addressed, is in the office. Somebody scheduled my April quarterly service without scheduling with me. I was not home on the day a tech was sent to my house. I was having construction, on a building… on our property, & a "lead technician" had one of the construction guys sign for me. His name was Curtis. Curtis didn't know what to do & felt pressured by the guy saying I requested this service & it was okay that he just needed a

They did a termite inspection. They were late and didn't let us know that they were running behind.

Friendly people, quick to respond and very knowledgeable. Will definitely use in the future and highly recommend.

I'd rate this company a zero if possible.
I'm now got roaches 10 times worse than when they started a year ago. I swear they must be spraying sugar water and fertility treatment. They claim to be spraying birth control in their poison so if that's possible then can you explain to me why the hatchlings are 10 times worse than when they begin they started in December and February I put in a Keurig duo and it went out a month ago I took it apart to find it is full of hatchling eggs and baby roaches now if they had been spraying birth control as they had said I should not have seen hatchling eggs

We moved out to the country two years ago and inherited Fortress Pest Control from the previous homeowners. We are extremely happy with the monthly service. I must mention the whole house exterior spray. This is a unique service to eliminate Asian Beetles. They swarmed by the thousands and entered the home as they could slip through the smallest crack. This economical service is awesome. Went from thousands to only a few last year. I have already scheduled for this fall. Amazing!

I have sent these people thousands of dollars in business.... I asked them to help out an elderly lady in allow her to pay payments and feel would not do it! I would not recommend this company in fact I don't like them and can't stand it to know that once they made all the money they could care less about the small guy! I heard you to look out for someone else and don't call this company they're not really that good!

I would just like to start by saying this company was a blessing! I had boxelders by the millions I had googled ways to get rid of them spent hundreds of dollars on sprays from our local stores and nothing would keep them away. We would kill the ones we seen but they would come right back.. it was so bad I felt like they were literally going to… kick me out of my own house! So I called around and Fortress was wonderful from the front desk, to billing, to the one who came and sprayed! Wonderful people! Two days later and I've only seen a handful compared to the millions!!!! Thank you Fortress

We hired Fortress Pest Control after they came into our store and offered us a decent rate. Jennifer comes on time monthly and services our store with an incredible amount of professionalism. You can't find a better local company to work with.
