I called Joe after reading his reviews and was not disappointed. He responded despite an upcoming vacation and lots of work from all the rain and wind in Baltimore this summer. Leaking roof in a 100 year old row home. Insurance had showed a few places they would pay for. We decided it was time to get it all fixed. All done now. Architectural shingles definitely stands out. Made by GAF. Feel good about the winter and putting the house on the market in the Spring.
