Brooks Malone is a world class pool contractor. Our experience with Brooks Malone was exceptional in every way. I did quite a bit of research as we were deciding on the type of pool and the contractor we would choose to do the installation and chose Brooks Malone. We are very pleased with the service and professionalism of the crew. They said it would take 2 weeks and if it weren't for the consecutive days of rain they would have been complete in 2 weeks. From breaking dirt to finishing touches on pool deck and equipment, we had a functioning pool in about 3 weeks.
We have enjoyed our pool so far and looking forward to fun times in the sun.

Brooks Malone went above and beyond to get our pool. We have a long winding uphill driveway. We do have some damage to our driveway but I am just amazed that they were able to get it done. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They did a beautiful job! Thank you Brooks Malone!

They did a good job on installing a water line for us. However 3 1/2 years after the install we realized that during the install they dug up our gutter drains. When I contacted them about this issue they said we don't fix anything after that length of time. It took us that long to figure out where the water in our yard was coming from. We had to hire a drainage specialist to come in to identify it. They do good work but I would suggest checking behind in every step of the way. We will not be using them ever again- they were all about getting the work but not standing behind it.
