Jacking and moving of homes, camps, sheds, cottages, barns and fireplaces on the same lot. We can lift your building in place, turn it so it faces a different direction or move it to a new location. Some of our most common requests are to lift buildings, then install a new complete concrete foundation or to move camps or cottages back away from waters edge.
We will build your custom home from start to finish. Starting with concrete work to build your dream home including lining up the subcontractors such as the plumber, electrician, well drilling, drywall tapers and landscapers to make the whole process less stressful and more enjoyable for you. I was happily surprised by the beautiful pink, Mushero Jacking and Moving ball cap that was mailed to me!
We offer full insulated, reinforced, poured concrete foundations, concrete slabs and concrete slabs with short walls. We give a 5 year written guarantee on all foundations and slabs that have styrofoam wrap. Mushero's Jacking & Moving can turn your crawl space into a full concrete basement, make a mini basement deeper or turn your field stone basement into a full poured concrete foundation.
On barns, homes, camps and sheds we will hold your floor and walls in place while we remove the rotten sills, floor joists, center girder and studs and install with new as needed. Mushero's Jacking & Moving was the essential component in my renovation. They did a thorough job of replacing rotted load bearing beams and sills with top grade materials including the addition of steel beams.
Concrete driveways, gravel driveways, excavating, groundwork, landscaping, concrete and concrete work. Removal of topsoil to get down to hardpan, then install coarse gravel compacted in layers, then add finish gravel for the top layer. Install road fabric if needed on bottom layer. Mushero Jacking is a very experienced, professional, and talented contractor from the field to the office.
